Welcome</strong> to Yoga and Mindfulness with Angelika. Whether you are completely new to Yoga / Mindfulness or more experienced, you will find that I offer classes that will suit everyone. Classes are taught in Greystones, Newcastle and Newtownmountkennedy.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">All classes are taught with an emphasis on nurturing the health and well-being of every participant and respecting everyone's individual needs, desires and abilities.  The invitation for each class is to engage with ourselves in a meaningful compassionate way that can ignite and sustain personal transformation and allow us to live a happy life and reach our potential.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">Classes and courses run over 3 series of 12 weeks throughout the year. I also offer a variety of <strong>Yoga/Meditation</strong> and <strong>Mindfulness </strong><strong>Workshops</strong><strong> </strong>as well as <strong>Yoga and Walking Holidays</strong> in Ireland and abroad. I also specialize in<a href="http://www.yogawithangelika.ie/back-care-yoga"> </a><strong>Back Care Yoga</strong><strong> </strong>and <strong>Relaxation Classes</strong><strong> </strong>and offer<strong> </strong><strong>One to One Classes</strong><strong> </strong>for individually tailored needs.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">I offer <strong>Mindfulness Introductory Courses</strong> as well as the <strong>MBSR Course</strong> to groups, in Schools to Teachers and Staff and other organisations as requested.</span></p>
